They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. The office was easy enough to find. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They dont even look in your child ear. My child had been sick for several days. well the doc put her antibiotic and cough meds. needless to say she didn't get better. I sent her to the wellness center at school to be found by the doc that she had a bead in her ear that had been there for weeks. Come on if you are going to have a doctors degree and treat children at least look at there ears and tell the parents what is wrong beside writing another prescription. oh I forgot that what they are good for and then when an adult has been on pain meds for years and get a second opinion they decide just to take you off of them.
