This physician refused to order an important test that was ordered by another physician. He also refused to provide a referral, suggesting that I contact another doctor for that purpose. I changed primary care physicians because I sincerely felt that this doctor was not providing sufficient care.

No. It took me several times to get through.

No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it

Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

Absolutely Not!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

No, they are almost always unavailable

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute
