I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I recently was seen by this doctor. My wait time was reasonable, about 20 minutes. Dr. Caruso was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and was overall very helpful. I was referred for further testing, so I will most likely end up visiting again for followups, and if anything should change, I will update. Overall the staff seemed good, clean and comfortable environment, no complaints!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
