dr. Caruso is very friendly with a kind disposition. she made sure to answer my questions or refer me to a specialist as necessary, If i had additional questions, i could call back during office hours and leave messages for return call back. The nurse assistant that preps patients prior to meeting the doctor is very warm and professional, and makes the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their staff communications and responses have improved from previous visits. It would help if their phone message would state their office hours and lunch breaks when they are unavailable. I definitely will continue to see Dr. Caruso.

Dr. Caruso is friendly, patient and thorough. She takes my concerns seriously. Front desk staff is courteous and helpful.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I went there with severe stomach pains not knowing what was going on. I was yelled at ( yes literally yelled) because I didnt go to the hospital. Too bad I was miserable and puking in the parking lot. Had to call my fiance to come get me because they told me I should walk. Idiots Im looking for a new dr. Multiple other issues with this dr including the fact that " they dont call in prescriptions for you and they dont do refills either." Basically every time I have a hangnail I have to take an entire day off of work to deal with these jerks. Confidentiality is non-existant. I have a sensitive issue that should not be discussed in front of a waiting room of people. Im over this place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Dr. Carcuso told me she would call me back with my test result within two weeks. After a month not hearing back from her I called her office to get my result. Albeit my results were negative I would have truly appreciated if Dr. Caruso would have called me with the results as promised. Nobody wants to be left in the cold especially waiting for medical test results.
