They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very advanced (electronic health record with electronic prescription). I definitely felt safe under their care. Recommend this practice highly to co-workers, neighbors and my whole family. Dr. Patel likes to educate and gives credible information.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
