Would anyone be willing to share Dr. Milak's diet. I used to go there many many years ago. I can't remember what vegetables are allowed. I know no fruit is allowed.

It worked out really well for me. I kept the weight off for about three years. Unfortunately went back to my old habits and will probably go back soon.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
