Every time I called the office there are long hold times. When I finally got through to someone to schedule an appointment they were very short as if I were interrupting them. IF you should happen to miss your first initial appointment they refuse service, Which they do not bother to tell you when you set up the appt. Horrible phone etiquette and little or no customer service. I would never recommend.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always made sure that my daughter wasn't in any pain.

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

No, they were very calm and understanding
