This was the first practice that I found that took the time to listen to what I felt might be wrong and then the filled in the blanks. I have never felt like they pushed me back for an appointment for someone else and the office is usually clean and tidy for the most part. I would recommend Dr.Posadas simply for the time and effort that she puts in to listen to her patients.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
