The chairs in the waiting room were nice and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and they're able to answer most of my questions. They are usually very busy, and when I call they answer right away, but put on hold, then have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. I've been seeing this doctor for many years. Excellent service and treatment.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

Doctor Klinzing is an absolutely first rate physician; he listens well, is thorough in his diagnoses and he follows-up consistently and well. His staff is professional, friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful health care facility with experienced, thoughtful and effective personnel.
