They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. The health of my family member was endangered by their lack of medical knowledge and uncaring disregard. The office staff is rude and unprofessional.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They consistently dismiss my concerns . I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They need to treat their staff & patients with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot more professional & nicer. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available.

Highly recommend Dr. Braun. I’ve been going to him for about 15 years and have always been impressed. Great bedside manner and he really takes his time with each patient (that can make wait times a bit long but it’s worth it) to make sure he understands any issues the patient might have. Wonderful at what he does!

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
