Dr. Bayles is the best doctor I've ever seen. He never rushes the appointment and always takes the time to explain the details of how something works. He does this as a courtesy without even having to ask him - it's amazing. I feel like I'm in good hands with him - I really can't express how good of a doctor he really is - he's a rare find!

I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
