A good, honest, kind doctor. Extremely competent and very willing to listen. Patient and reassuring always. Highly recommended if you want good medical care.

I have found Dr. Shiu and his office staff to be very helpful, efficient, kind, and caring. Dr. Shiu is attentive and thorough, giving full consideration to my concerns. He seems to have an inquisitive mind too, as I've noticed he is more thoughtful and his questions usually go beyond what I'm accustomed to receiving from a doctor. He has also been considerate of my special needs as someone recovering from PTSD.

The thing I like best about Dr. Shiu (and his office staff) is that you leave there knowing that you've been heard, that your needs are being met, and that someone actually cares about your wellness.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
