I never had such horrible service by the office manager. Dr. Hero would never call me back. Left several messages, I have never had a doctor be so rude.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. i never knew it was not ok to see two different doctors. i wanted a female doctor for girl issues. She seemed to be more concerned about me having another doctor then the issues I made the appt for. I took the day off work for the appt. and for no reason. Her bed side manner is awful!! She is very aggressive! After the last appt I had with her I felt like I would never go back to her. Now I terribly regret the second appt. need less to say I left her office crying and feeling a lil desperate for medical attention. She should have at least taken the time to listen to my medical issues. As I was leaving the appt she wanted to make sure I paid my copay. I assured her I didn't her one. I can't belive she is actually going to charge for that appt:(.
