They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
