Dr. Hilberman's staff is friendly and efficient. They always call back. When the office is not open the phone message gives you clear instructions. I am generally able to get an appointment when needed. The Dr. is caring, and tries hard to keep on schedule. However, he always takes the time to explain test results, etc. I am very happy with his care.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
