It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. But there are times when I need to wait for long for my appointment.
