My family and I have been seeing her for over 10 years, for physicals to major issues. She is always knowledgeable and dedicated. All doctors are pushed now days but she always spends enough time to make sure everything is addressed and understood completely.

The staff here was rude. When calling, I get disconnected often, call back only to be disconnected again.
I have been misdiagnosed multiple times. Dr. Tan is far too quick to hand out samples of medication, as if that is going to solve a patient's health problems.
She works with a network of doctors she refers patients to, none of whom I trust.

I had been under Dr. Tan from 2009 to 2011. Had bouts with fever, cough and difficult time breathing. She said it was an allergy to d me after an allergy test and Xray that I was having the cough and mucus due to a dust mite and grass allergy and that my broncial tubes were clogged. On to antibiotics and the same problems would appear. More meds and no further tests. Switched doctors with no results. Same reaction from the new doc and finally when I asked for a chest Xray in 2012, they found a lung mass! On to a Pulmunologist and CT scan.Bronchoscopy --malignancy and now in stage 3 small cell carcinoma!! This all could have been taken care of at the beginning and surgery would have gotten the nodule that Dr. Tan saw and did not report to me or any follow up after the Xray. Do not, I repeat, do not trust her with your health. She is a sheep in wool clothing. As far as I am cioncerned she has shortened my life. The cancer has spread too far for surgery or Radiation. Hopefully after my PET scan (if it hasn't spread too far in my body) I will be able to go for Chemo to give me a few more months of life. All of this because of an incompetant doctor!!!!!!!!
