I'm so happy this review popped up. I was considering going to Yelp and writing my first Yelp review ever for Dr. Massen. If there is anything worth complimenting it's him.

I am a public health professional and I spend a long time thinking about the quality of our health care system. Dr. Massen's genuine intrigue of medicine and his natural inclination to be informative to his patients is the approach necessary to provide high quality care.

Going to a physician shouldn't only be about blindly receiving a prescription that some how will cure you. It's also about learning more about your health understanding what is going on with you, so you could be better equipped to take care of yourself.

Besides being a great doctor who is in love with the science, a natural health educator, he is also funny and gentle spirited. it's almost like he treats being a good doctor as an art.

I'm just saying for someone who cares and thinks a lot about public health, I'm so happy he's my Doc!!!

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
