One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Not recommended. Very poor communication skills. You'll have to put on a white coat and dr. yourself. You'll never have a followup appt scheduled, you'll have to watch your meds yourself, and if you want x-rays or a specialist you'll have to tell him. You basically call all the shots. His thinking doesn't go beyond routine checks. If you have a specific problem/symptoms, he won't go outside of his comfort zone; you'll have to push for tests for early detection or to give you peace of mind. I saw him several times and got a breast exam each time?? Was prescribed liver damaging meds but he never followed up with liver tests - somehow that was my responsibility. Staff member had unprofessional bedside manner - ie, nurse during pap : ( I left each appt never knowing what was going on or what his game plan was to help me. So, of course I gave up on seeing him again. I went to another dr and now have a diagnosis and am getting treatment. Only plus is that there was never a wait time.

Most of us can have bad days at work with little consequence; doctors can't have bad work days. Conclusion: okay for a standard physical or superficial stuff only. If you know something is amiss but don't know what or why, you'll need to get your diagnosis elsewhere unless you've already reached a critical stage.

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Dr. Mutter is a wonderful Dr and so caring and smart--his bedside manner is exceptional. He has saved so many peoples lives and his diagnostic skills far exceed the other Drs I've seen. I would reccomend him to anyone!
