Dr. Bower has no concern for her patient's needs. I had been to the Emergency Room the night before I saw her. She refused to give me any pain medication so she could "teach me a lesson" to get admitted into the hospital next time, despite the fact that the ER doctor told me I was fine to go home and continue getting pain medication from my primary care doctor. Unfortunately for me, my primary doctor was unavailable and I was stuck with this rude, inconsiderate woman!!!
