I needed to wait 9 months to see Dr. Hansen, in the mean time, I saw his PA Dr. Quinn, who was wonderful. I had a heart attack on June 1st, and called his office to move my appointment up, and was told that I couldn't see him until September. I was so shocked, that I acquired a new Dr. that very day. A Heart Attack, and was told to wait 3 months, his office staff ia either horrible, or he is. Never a call to see what was wrong with me, they just did not care.

Getting an appointment here is extremely difficult because I get scheduled weeks in advance. When I have pressed the issue, I have been told to go to an Urgent care, very unhelpful and expensive at an urgent care. However, Whenever I actually get an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. Perhaps bringing on additional care providers to help manage the appointment issues more efficiently. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
