First I was upset that his office didnt' have an answering maching when I went to schedule an appointment. It was a basic cell phone service that said the standard, "The person you are trying to reach is not available at this time. Please leave a message." I think they need to have a message saying that its a Doctor's office you are calling during business hours. Other wise this Doctor does care about his patients and allows them to call him personally which I think is a fabulous thing.
The wait time was a bit longer than I was hoping for but once I met him he asked questions and with all my issues we covered what was possible in the time he could. He is a decent straight forward doctor.
