I was never able to relax during my appointment. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here. Their care was less than stellar. The doctor was not friendly at all. She told me that they are not taking walk ins... I waited 2 hours to see her, and yes i did not have an appt. because she missed diagnosed my daughter. She diagnosed my daughter over the phone without seeing her, then that night i had to rush her to Childrens Hospital emergency!! so, yes, i walked in the next day to have her check my daughter! she made me feel uncomfortable for walking in and not having an appt. I changed her right away!

While they did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. My appointments get canceled here a lot. Dr. Aboulian is a great and caring doctor and I have no complaints on the care she has given to my daughter. However, every time I call the staff, they are rude and do anything they can to get you off the phone. They don't care at all about your concerns. I HATE the idea of calling the office here and am glad I moved so that I can change doctor offices even though I really do not want to leave doctor Aboulian :(

It is sad to see a doctor who has failed to follow the oath she once took.....As a dr. her only concern seems to be how she can bilt more money out of the ins. company at the expense of the children. She makes absolutely no attempt to connect with the children (HER PATIENTS!) or parents. She is rude and arrogant. I wouldn't recommend her to take care of my dog! Her staff is no better, but then again, they learned from her!
