this practice has two doctors Dennis chang and Philip peng, but they employ a horrible woman, Ellie, as an office supervisor. I have been a loyal patient for many years but the time has come when I can't deal with her anymore, and I am leaving this practice. She is inflexible, unethical and mean, and I have had to contact Health Care Partners and Blue Shield Insurance a dozen times because of her uncooperative attitude. Now she has decided to break the law by refusing to forward my medical records to my new doctor. I wonder if these doctors know the risk she is putting them in and the destruction she leaves in her wake.
