My 1st visit was basically a greeting she did quick medial check, I requested, a chest x-ray & specific lab order & that was the 1st visit.I gave a courteous call 2 days prior my appt. so she would know I hadn't done the x-ray or lab yet, but still wanted the appt. ! it was rescheduled 2 x due to the same reason I had elaborated the importance & urgency of keeping an immediate & thorough appt. & the events as to why the lab & x-ray haven't been done yet, it was still moved up! I believe I was on my way to her clinic to bring my medical records although I was told to bring them for appt. when I lost my composure, the day prior there was a tragic death in the Family. I yelled some insults & poor language directed to them a hung up. when I did eventfully have a 2nd appt. I was insulted, ignored and rushed through the appt. I had sincerly apologized, for my behavior on the phone how everI the appt. did not go well as far as I'm concerned, & at this time I am yet dealing with yet another family emergency & crisis. I requested a referral for a chiropractor & attempted to elaborate as to why but was cut short & told maybe next appt. more lab work was ordered etc. don't let the door hit ya in the oops!!! at this point I'm very concerned, I've been a resident in Kern county some time now & have yet to establish a primary care physician!! that is willing to get involved with patient care other than just their salary for basically doing nothing not even a gloved finger in the were ever. I am happy to say I kept all my composure, other than being teary through out the visit and that was in spite of the unfavorable lab test & x-ray ! I am supposed to go for another appt. do ya think I should keep it or keep searching for the rest of the medical team that is finaly almost in place ! ?

A holistic approach to care means that everybody is on board at that level. In my opinion, not all the staff were the right people in that position.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
