I can always get an appt same day if i need to. I am always seen by my dr and he's thorough.

They are WAY overbooked. I've never waited less than 1/2 hour and usually longer, no matter which doctor you are seeing. Then you wait again in the room. Dr. Wallis is patient and knowledgeable but that caring does not extend into concern about his patients' time and making them wait. Although he admits "he always runs late" but it is because of caring about his patients, he still seems to book on 10 minute increments. Even if it that is the way of the group, he needs to adjust his own schedule and book according to his way of practicing or else he is not showing respect for the patients who need to stay on schedule in their lives just as much as they need to have the care of a good doctor. That is a valid need too that should not be ignored or discounted by medical professionals.
