Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Dr Wallis spent more time talking about his work for the LA Kings than treating the patient. He basically threw cough syrup at us and later my wife found she had a severe digestive illness. TERRIBLE DOCTOR!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
