Dr Griffith is awesome. I love her! I have her cell phone, email. She takes the time I need. i can get appointments when I need them. The staff is wonderful. I like that they answer the phone and take care of problems. I like that she saw me in the hospital and emergency room. She is like the old fashioned doc but with a cell phone and she emails me and has a ehlpful website. I liked her instructional videos. Every time I see her I thank her for being my doctor!

I LOVE Dr. Griffith. She spends time on ME, not just as a patient, but on a personal level that would enable her to determine what really ails me (if anything). Her personal concern and attention are very important to me. Dr. Griffith is a very kind, compassionate and caring doctor. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

I will start this review off by saying I hate doctors and only go when absolutely necessary. If I'm at a doctor's office, I have a problem that is not correctable via home remedies. So, I had need of a new GP and happen to have a very nasty cough and tightness in my chest (in my experience with my own body, that indicates the beginnings of bronchitis: DO NOT WANT). I found Dr. Griffith on the Blue Cross Blue Shield providers site and decided that, since she was recommended for QUALITY, I'd go to her.

I was severely disappointed. I arrived 15 minutes early and had barely started the paperwork when I was being called back to the room. The nurse who took my temperature and blood pressure worked so quickly that I couldn't ask what either of the numbers were (I like to keep track of my blood pressure for family history reasons). She left before I could open my mouth (remember, I'm sick with a touch of laryngitis) and say anything at all. I finished the paperwork just in time for Dr. Griffith to appear in the room, with mask because she heard I was sick (DUH!). In the 7 minutes I was with her, she listened to my breathing, checked my ears, and throat, then felt my glands. Said NOTHING about any of that and just handed me a prescription for amoxicillan because "that's what we give everyone this time of year."

I had a question about the fact that I have only lost about 7lbs in two months of exercising 5 days a week and eating a 1500 calorie/day (or less) diet. She was already out the door by the time I got the full question out of my mouth and turned around and came back in to give me a WEBSITE for dieting tips. I requested a blood test and she asked -me- what I wanted to have checked for the lab results. I am not a doctor--apparently, neither is she.
