Of the two recent visits I have had with Dr. Belli in 2019 there was a failure of follow thru with a referral to a specialist (and when I called some weeks later in follow-up, there was no record of the referral.) During the second visit I asked about the referral per previous visit and was told with hostility that I had a specialist who could address the issue. Disappointing outcome leading to additional expense associated with a visit to another health care professional.
