I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

The Doctor and her staff have always shown care and concern when dealing with my Family or myself. They always take the time to make sure you understand what is needed or what is going on.
Dr. Montoya has always followed up when certain tests, lab's or X-rays did not get to her in a timely manner. She truly cares for her Patient's well being.
That said I have spoken with people who do not follow up themselves and blamed the Doctor, I have little sympathy for them!
The Doctor has always done right be me and mine!

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
