They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm a little concerned that Dr. Bankston is very hesitant to prescribe medications for pain. I will have to reserve my judgement to see if she will prescribe what is needed or whether I will have to find another doctor.

Sometimes when I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid or bothersome for calling. I would sometimes avoid calling because it seemed useless. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were - the lot of them. I called right before their scheduled closing time once and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still refused to help, even when I was obviously suffering. While they did answer some of the questions I had at some points, I still felt at a loss for information most of the time. I only had one appointment with this physician where I felt some modicum of sympathy - every other appointment I felt that I received a cold demeanor and felt it was rushed. I have moved on to another physician.
