They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
Really good about follow up on blood work, X-rays, etc. However, their system for by-phone prescription refills needs improvement. I have gotten so frustrated at times, I have to make an appt. and go in just to get refills, on basic meds, like BP and thyroid.
But they are so good in everything else I have been with them since 2001 when the two main drs. were under a different company, but same building.
