I am not going to go into details about my situation but the receptionist was just rude to me on the phone. I didn't even get so far as to make an appointment because she just wouldn't listen to my problem and basically refused to hear what I had to say. I've talked to her a few times and she always seemed like it was hassle to even answer the phone, let alone listen to a patient. No compassion.
