This is truly a family care medical practice. Dr. Thomas Lenzmeier treats his patients like they are family members. His medical care is outstanding. The office staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful, too. Dr. Lenzmeier has been my physician for several years. He is excellent!

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I was able to relax during my appointment here.The staff is always very nice and welcoming. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. I usually ask lots of questions and I always get an answer. I never feel rushed or pushed, I feel like I am truly cared for. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely continue going back. 5STARS

My only wish is that Dr. T Lenzmeier would provide treatment for things other than a basic cold or other illness. He tends to refer out to specialist more than the average doctor, rather than treat the problem. Other than that he is wonderful.
