This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

No. It took me several times to get through.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

If you have a SPECIAL NEEDS child DO NOT!! TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE.. He doesn't listen to the patient because he feels he's above you and anyone else, really nowadays he's developed a god like complex but god would never blame the patient or the patients family and be little the family to the point of making them cry when they ask him a simple question about my blood results he refuses to answer and only the reason I can think of a so he acts like a child himself refusing to answer questions then snaps and blames the mother for the child's Add& AUTISM..I was adopted at birth so don't know why an adopted mom would be responsible and for him to show the amount of disrespect he displayed was way out of line..I use to respect this dr highly but he's gotten to full of himself and only cares bout his studies and tests and wants nothin to do with patients which is very sad a dr that loses touch with his patients and then blames the patient and family is NOT BY ANY MEANS A PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR.. IF you read tg is and don't listen to just a couple of things I said be prepaired to not get any answer and be prepaired for him to blame the mother and the family when he can't and won't help with your problems.. all this was caused after triing to find answers as to why my ankles and knees are swelling up daily and his answer was to not work, well nwver listened cuz the problem happens even if I stay n bed for a week, guess what they still swell up but this dr will defend like a child below high school level and will claim that its a mental issue caused by my mother..that is veryunprofessional, childlike cowardly

Complete asshole, I would not refer Hitler to this jerk. Worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever been too. Very snide and pompous. I went to him one time after changing health care providers because his office was close to my house. After leaving in the middle of my appointment because he pissed me off so much, as I left i picked up a form on how to transfer my records, so I could choose another doctor as soon as possible. I was telling someone of my experience, and they said they had a friend who had a horrible experience at a doctor one time, then said, “The doctors name wasn’t Shockey was it? I about fell over. What a coincidence, or maybe not seeing his best internet rating I 3 and a half stars.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
