Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They a caring staff and were always happy to help me. Answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. They are extremely reliable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I had a great experience.

This practice is one of the wrst experiences I have had. It appears to me that much of the office is in disrepair. patient privacy is low as I believe I overheard conversations from neighboring exam rooms. In my opinion, the office staff (office manager) is one of the least client oriented group of people I have ever met. Rude, impatient and condescending. I thought it would get better but after 3 years I give up.
