I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

When I came in, they went above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. But they also made me feel like part of their family! Amazing.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Dr Homewood and his staff are the BEST!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
