They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. . Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Dear Dr. Baumann,

I want to thank you for your excellent attention to my healthcare. I have been

looking for a doctor who can empathize with my not-so-unusual personal health

history. I have found that doctor.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to me, and thank you for your patience on

Tuesday morning when I was pressed for time. I do appreciate what you’ve done for

me. Many times in the past with other doctors, my wishes were not taken into

consideration.

Everyone on your staff has been kind to me. Please forward my best wishes and

thanks to your talented staff.
