They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Dr. Baumann saved my life by recognizing a clot in my leg and testing for clots in my lung. He has been my PCP for 11 years.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
