Dr. Katz greets you like you're an old friend. He remembers your name, what you do for a living, what your medical issues are, what medications you're on, what's going on in your life . . . no matter how long it's been since you've seen him. You are a person to him, not just a medical file. He asks open ended questions, which leads to a more thorough diagnostic discovery process. Sometimes there are answers to your medical issue in the things we don't think to tell our doctors, and he knows that. His compassion is much appreciated. He manages to spend as much time as you need and never rushes you when it's your turn, yet he never seems to keep you waiting either. HIGHLY recommended.

Dr Kats is a very nice doctor. He is thorough and easy to talk to. Didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes either.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Never, they are very reliable.
