I have been to Dr Michael Adams office every month for 8 months now. The office is always extremely buisy. I always wait an hour to be seen. My last appointment took 3 hours for a routine half hour check up the wait time is terrible. It is very hard to make an appointment as he is over booked and rescheduling if something comes up is nearly impossible. When I call for questions the staff is distracted and overwhelmed. I never understand my bill and staff cannot explain it even when a statement is printed. This is the only doctor within 200 miles that offers the care i need therefore i have stuck with them and the doctor is good when he is not in a hurry. He is usually in a hurry and looks distracted. Would go to another doc if there was one closer. Bottom line the office has to many patients the wait is to long they can't take care of all they need too its like watching a very important race and i leave exhausted and worried about my next appointment.d

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
