He needs to treathis staff with more respect. They don't even have computers for the staff to use - very 1960s.. He didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. He didn't give me treatment options. I left exhibiting severe breathing problems with a prescription for a narcotic cough medicine. I had H1N1 and pneumonia and should have been sent to an Emergency Room. I was in the ER all night and spent the next days in intensive care.Dr. Berry should have recognized the severity of my symptoms and not even allowed me to drive. Instead he suggested that I "come back in the morning" - I told him that I did not think I could do that and he said to just call him. My blood oxygen was at 85, which I found out later is dangerously low. It was even lower when I finally got to the ER. Mo thanks to Dr. Berry. May be time to retire, Dr. Berry.

This doctor is horrible. I really don't care how people are dressed or if the restroom is five star. I didn't go there for a fashion show or to use a restroom.
This doctor sent me home when I could barely walk. I was diagnosed with both H1N1 and pneumonia. First he said I should come back the next morning and when I said that I didn't know if that would be possible he told me to call him. I could barely breathe and was close to passing out. He gave me some prescriptions (among them a narcotic cough medicine) and sent me home. I went home and had someone get my prescriptions for me as I was physically unable to do so myself. Several hours later I called my son and asked him to take me to the emergency room as I was unable to even walk from one room to another without feeling I would collapse. He rushed me to the ER and they told me that my blood/oxygen level was so low that my life was in danger. The level was only slightly lower than Dr. Berry had told me it was in his office. Fortunately I did not take any of the narcotic cough medicine he prescribed or I would have been unable to call for help. That entire night in the ER and the next days in intensive care were frightening. Dr. Berry should have known from my condition that I needed oxygen and he should never have just sent me home. I hope that this information helps someone avoid a similar experience. These glowing reviews must be from people who just went in for a checkup and did not need anything beyond a very cursory exam. This office does not even have a computer for the staff to use. The only computer is the doctor's laptop to which only he has access. Very 1970s.
