They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.....Dr. Ugarte is the only Dr. that has been able to make me feel better..he takes all aspects of my life into consideration when making a diagnosis..work kids home college and more...i have seen many Dr. and many specialist but none seem to be able to make me feel better or get better one visit to Dr, Ugartes and I'm good for at least a year or two....and considering all the people he attendends to every day month year..he always rembers your name and face and not because he read ur file...he also makes it a point to visit with u before he sees u in the observation room...like when the nurses r taking ur blood pressure...he remembers everything and everyone from my family and makes sure to ask how they r doing too..he takes time to show u he cares and thhat he cares for the long run..same for his staff...i go there and i feel like i'm at home and he is making a house call...and he brought his staff with him. I had moved from the area and was forced to see a diffrent dr.and from that dr. specialists...i have been ill for many years with out feeling better in between..im back in the area and going strait to his office.

I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
