Wait time is rediculious. Every time I've ever had an appointment, my wait time was 4 hours EVERYTIME! Staff stops answering the phones at 4:00 P.M. when they close at 5:00 P.M. Office doesn't answer the phones until 9:30 A.M even though the office opens at 8:00 A.M. Staff is unfriendly. Will never use this dr again. I will not recommend him to ANYONE!

I wanted a new patient annual exam-which is covered and paid for by my insurance. I asked how much it would cost and was quoted a price, by a very new employee. I researched my insurance website and called the office back and was told this appointment would be covered by my insurance and there would be no charge.At my appointment, in answering their questions-what I thought was my doctor getting to know me and part of my medical history, they determined after I left the office that this was a sick visit and that I would be charged. The concerns that made this a "sick visit" were not fully addressed by the doctor. I have to see a dermatologist, PT and their weight loss program is not covered by insurance or something I am interested in- I told them I am planning to join a gym this month. I was not sick when I called I wanted to set up with a doctor that is part of my insurance in case I do get sick etc.While the doctor and PA were very nice, the communication with their office, what I expected and requested was poor and self serving. I am looking for another doctor.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Missed obvious indicators in blood test results, resulting in a 1 1/2 year delay in treatment for a serious liver condition. Also paid no attention to MRI results.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
