I had a great Experience on my last visit with Dr. Gonzalez. Her staff must be new, and she must have cleaned house. Everyone was nice to me and her staff was on their game.

All my questions were answered professionally and courteously.

I recommend this doctor to my family and friends!

This office is a perfect example of how the "staff" can ruin a doctor's practice. Dr.Gonzales is a very nice, very thorough and good at what she does. However, her staff on the other hand is the MOST UNORGANIZED, LAZY staff I have EVER come across. Like the lady before I've left messages and have not had anyone call me back. On at least two occasions I had a set appointment just to be told "sorry we don't have you on the schedule, but we can see you next week.". Like I said....great doctor, but HORRIBLE and INCOMPETENT staff. I am having my records transferred. Hopefully the Dr would consider cleaning house and getting a different set of people to work her office.
