Rudest man I ever met. Never recommend him as an ob doctor to any woman I know. Insensitive complete jerk. all nine months of my care. didn't have insurance at the time so had to use Medicaid. Have good insurance through work now thank God. Can honestly say when a complete stranger doctor delivered for me I was glad Kellum Jr was at a dallas cowboys game. REALLY REALLY GLAD.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No, there weren't many to choose from

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
