I spent 43 days in the hospital last year from Thanksgiving until after new Years. Dr. Burzlaff and other Doctors at North East Methodist saved my life. He is very friendly and his staff is also. I never hear phones ringing.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying. The cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. They should have considered their clients before putting it on. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Good doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. He was able to provide me everything they promised me. Although the office isn't up to date and front staff didn't give me a warm/fuzzy feeling, I would definitely refer my friends and family here.

Awesome doctor! He listened to me- he was genuinely concerned about my overall well-being. He has done a more thorough clinical work up than any other provider has ever done.
