My first visit was great, Dr. spent alot of time listening and seemed very personable. I was very happy to have found a caring anseemingly competent physician. My second visit when I was actually sick wasnot so good. The office was empty, I waited in waiting room about 20 min. and then was taken back and waited another 20-25 min. I could hear all the staff, including Dr. Ling laughing and mking their lunch plans. When she came in she went through the motions, stuck inand removed a tongue blad inmy mouth without actually looking in my mouth! I couldn'tbelieve it. She didn't properly asses my lungs and she seemed to be more concerned with me scheduling my annual physical then with my current illness. I am a retired RN and I know what a thorough exam entails. I will not be going back! My husband had very similiar experience with good first visit, poor second visit.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting this doctor. All my questions were answered, and I feel comfortable with Dr. Ling as my provider. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Ling not olny provides excellent care, but she makes you feel that if you need anything, just call and she will go above and beyond to make sure it get done. So if you are looking for a great provider she is the one.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I have never knew doctor's only cared about the money they make not the patient. When you have to miss an appointment because you just do not have the money to go and see them when they make you come back every 3 months and run the same tests over and over and they come out the same each time. They do not listen to you when you tell them . No I do not want to take certain medications. They keep insisting you have to take them and each time you do you break out in rashes that lasts for months on end. But keep insisting you take the drugs. But, when you can not come in cause of financial reasons they can not and will not fill for the medications you do need. Makes you very unhappy cause you missed 1 appointment cause of financial reasons. The nurse calls you over and over again even when you are at work. Calling like every 3 minutes trying to get you fired from job. Then when you answer the phone she is so Rude. When you complain to the Doctor about her she said she is persistent. Your saying no she is very Rude to you. And guess what I did not get the Medicines needed until I go see her. Dr. Ling before she came to this clinic was a very loving and caring Doctor. Now she is money hungry and does not care about the patients. So Sad cause we need caring doctors. After all they are ripping off the insurance companies anyway.

In addition to being accommodating, friendly, & thorough, Dr. Ling is very dedicated to her job. Last month, she reviewed my file from a late afternoon E.R. visit and made a very fast referral for me to see a specialist, late in the evening, after office hours, while she was out of state ON VACATION. Let me re-state that for emphasis: late one evening, after her office was already closed, she took time away from her family vacation to review my file from an E.R. visit and make a referral for me to see a specialist. How awesome is that?! She is fantastic, and I can't imagine trusting my care to anyone else.
