My wife and I always found Dr Cruz to be competent and caring. Her office staff left much to be needed, however that is not unusual for physicians non-professional staffs.

Will NOT see this doctor again! Went in for a physical and requested to visit with Dr. Cruz. She seemed rushed and irritated that I asked to meet with her and needed to ask some very personal and important (to me at least) questions. Long story short- she lied, was very condescending and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I have to return for lab results, and I will either request to see a different doctor or I will choose a different practice all together. Good luck. Hope your experience is better than mine.

I was a Loyal Patient of Doctor Cruz , I had taken all my children to her since they were little and even as teenagers .She helped with my 16 yeard old doing her exam in convience .She was a Great Doctor , Friend.
I and all my family will great miss her She was a Wonderful spririt , sister like to me for many years . GOd bless her family for the loss. :(

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. My husband and I LOVED Dr. Cruz and she was an excellent Dr. Unfortunately last Thursday she passed away after a lengthy illness and now I don't know who we will go to to get treated for high blood pressure I almost don't trust anyone else.
