I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures. They are closer to paperless than most and the doctor uses an Ipad like device to log in your info once in the examining room. They always dress professionally here and maintain a very professional appearance. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled nice and looked immaculate. They have adequate customer service. They seem to treat all their clients equally.

No, they were fully staffed

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

No, it was fine
